Return Policy:

Merchandise may be returned accompanied by a receipt within 10 days of original purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Store credit will be issued for all returns over 10 days, accompanied with original receipt within a 30 day period.

Please note the following:

  • All sale items are final.
  • The above return policy applies to gift receipts as well.

Pay-Over-Phone Policy:

Our merchandise is featured on our social media pages on a regular basis. If you see something you like, you may call the store to purchase merchandise over the phone. We abide by our privacy policy and assure that all transactions are safe and secure. Purchases made over the phone are held for up to 48 hours and may be picked up in-store. You may call the store at (336)-763-0438 to make a purchase.

Private Shopping Appointments:

Art & Soul operates with service in mind and offers clients private shopping hours. Should you want to view merchandise with yourself or with friends and family, please email to schedule an appointment. At this time, we offer morning appointments at the following times:

  • Monday – Thursday: 10 AM – 11 AM
  • Friday and Saturday: 9 AM – 10 AM
